Order Status / Delivery Information Can’t Find What You Need?

A replacement part or accessory may not be offered on the website because of inventory levels. Also, because some replacement parts require technical qualification for installation, they may also not be offered for purchase online.

If a part/accessory does not show available to purchase on the site, you may still order by calling and our parts representative will be happy to assist you in ordering the parts for your appliance.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items (in new condition) within 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund. Exchanges will be given for items in new condition returned up to 6 months after purchase. Returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking and handling charge.

Prices and Promotions

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers. Though we make every effort to avoid errors in pricing and product information, mistakes do occur. Should this occur, orders may be corrected. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Charges

We offer ground shipping for you to receive your merchandise – Ground shipping (7-10 days). Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of the order.

Our standard shipping charges:
Order up to $19.99= $5.95 for Ground
$20.00-$39.99= $6.95 for Ground
$40.00-$49.99= $7.95 for Ground
$50.00 and over= FREE shipping
