Once you've installed your Ice Cube Maker, all that's left to do is create ice cold beverages like this Frosty Melon Berry Cooler: Ingredients: 1 cup honeydew melon, peeled and cut into cubes 1 cup cantaloupe, peeled and cut into cubes 1 tablespoon sugar ˝ cup of raspberries, a few more for garnish ice cubes Directions: 1. Make ice in your Ice Cube Maker. 2. In a blender or food processor, crush ice cubes. Next, add the honeydew melon, raspberries and ˝ tablespoon of sugar. Blend well until creamy. Remove from blender and chill in the fridge. 3. Next, crush ice cubes and add cantaloupe and ˝ tablespoon of sugar. Blend well until creamy. Remove from blender and chill in the fridge. 4. When ready to serve, assemble the drink by choosing a tall, chilled glass and pouring alternating layers of honeydew and cantaloupe puree. 5. To garnish, add a few fresh raspberries on top and a colorful party straw. 6. For a more “grown-up” version of this recipe, feel free to add your favorite vodka or rum. A party time favorite! |
