Returns: Products may either be returned for credit or exchanged. No credited orders will also be eligible for product exchange.

No Refunds after 90 days; no exchanges after 6 months. $5.00 re-stocking fee for all returns up to 90 days after purchase. Refunds and exchanges require product return. Products must be returned unused in all cases. Prices and Promotions: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer.

Reservations and Exceptions: Frigidaire reserves the right to change pricing, terms and specifications for products on this internet site at any time without prior notice. Frigidaire endeavors to post accurate information, but mistakes can sometimes be made, and any errors in product specifications, descriptions, or pricing are subject to correction by Frigidaire. We reserve sole discretion over the acceptance of orders and may reject any order that is not consistent with Frigidaire’s merchandising policies.

Replacement Parts Warranty: During the appliance warranty period, parts used on a Frigidaire appliance to replace a part which failed under the terms of the appliance warranty are covered for the unexpired portion of the appliance warranty. After the warranty period, all replacement parts are warranted for one (1) year from the date of installation, provided the part(s) is installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation.

Exceptions: Commercial application and light bulbs are not warranted.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
